Doesn’t Know Now

Basketball is a big mix of different traits that isn’t seen a lot in other sports. Finesse is important but so is power and though every game emphasizes being able to balance out being on the offensive or pulling back to defend, it’s seen even more in basketball. There are a ton of things about basketball that draws people to it and one thing that sets it apart is that there isn’t really any other sport that can let athletes showcase their skills in the air. Unassisted, they jump high and make reaching the basket look a lot simpler than it really is in the middle of a game.

That takes incredible skill and control. A slam dunk is a very powerful move and one that jolts viewers out of their chairs. I’ve personally tried many times and it’s a lot harder than it looks to do what these basketball players do. The teams in basketball are also smaller compared to other sports so one person can make a huge difference. A bad team could only have a one player difference from being a good team instead. There are some diverse players out there and since they are only 5-6 of them on a team, they need to have good chemistry.

Without it, the team is doomed to fail. But a team can make a comeback from a bad streak fairly easily and the fire of hope that burns in the spirit of all their fans will eventually come back next season. Derek Hood is a great player in the world of basket ball and once scored a very decisive victory to earn him and his team a trip to the state tournament. All basketball players have some reference to their stats, you can see Derek’s at https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/h/hoodde01.html.
